PP12 machine is a single-chambered, standalone vacuum packer designed for packing food and non-food products into barrier film. The machine is made out of stainless steel designed for suiting various requirements of specific factories. By default the machine is equipped with two sealing boards (480mm) and vacuum pump with efficiency of 63m³/h. There is an option to purchase the packer with two parallel sealing boards (660mm) or two perpendicular boards (580+480mm). It is also possible to get a variant with vacuum pump with efficiency of 100m³/h, Modified Atmosphere Packaging system “MAP”, or thermal film cutting system.

Microprocessor driver with digital vacuum measurement is installed in the machine. It is capable of  holding up to 25 packing programs with unique names. Every single program allows the edition of all key parameters of the packing process (vacuum[%], gas[%], sealing time [s], cutting time [s] and so on). Above parameters are displayed on the LCD display in real-time during the packing process.

Extra driver features:

– Expectancy time: allows to automatically abort the pumping process in case the chamber pressure remains the same after the program has started. This function is important especially when packing products with high moisture content – it’s meant to get optimal vacuum level preventing unnecessary steam forming.

– Pause vacuum: this function allows to set pumping intervals, to get more gentle, and accurate evacuation of the air hidden in porous products, and from the products with air bubbles. Function modular parameters are the vacuum value,  that triggers the pumping interval, and the interval time (function available on request).

– Soft air–locking: by that function it is possible to gently airlock the chamber after parking process.   It is applied in case of parking delicate and sharp–edge products. The process enables to secure the product and its package against damage (function available on request).

– Cycle counter with reset function

– Function to test the tightness of the chamber, and the vacuum system

PP25 is a highly efficient two-chambered packer made of stainless steel, that features Modified Atmosphere Packing (MAP) system, thermal film cutting system and soft air-locking. The construction was designed considering hygiene and safety aspects. Flat work surface, and removable sealing boards make it easy to keep the machine clean. Efficient vacuum pump, and two–chambered construction allows to get optimal packing speed. The cover moves between chambers alternatively on arms supported with special spring system. The machine is equipped with pneumatic press of sealing boards assistance system.  Regardless of chamber pressure, the system gives optimal press force in sealing process. PP25 is also equipped with wheel brakes to prevent unintentional move, and removable aligning regulator allowing for leveling the machine.

Packing machine has a vacuum chamber with dimensions of 630 x 825 x 415 mm, pneumatically openable to the width of 400 mm. The chamber is equipped with internal roller table with adjustable height, facilitating the introduction of the product. The chamber allows the insight into the packaging process through the polycarbonate window located on the its upper surface.
